Shipping policy
We deliver exclusively within Mainland UK. All orders are split into two categories: cuesports sets & accessories, and large slate-bed pool & snooker tables. We offer two delivery methods for each category: Standard and Express.
1. Cuesports Sets & Accessories (Balls, Cues, Cases, Starter Bundles)
Delivery on all sets and individual accessories is completely free of charge.
Standard Delivery
• Cost: Free (£0.00) on all orders, no minimum spend required.
• Timescale: 3–5 working days.
• Details: Dispatched via trusted courier networks (Royal Mail Tracked / DPD) with end-to-end online tracking to your door.
2. Slate-Bed Pool & Snooker Tables
Due to the extreme weight of genuine slate slabs and the specialist handling required, table transport is always a paid service handled by dedicated logistics teams.
• Standard Kerbside Delivery
• Cost: £95.00.
• Timescale: 3–5 working days.
• Details: Tail-lift pallet delivery to the nearest hard-standing, accessible drop-off point at your property (curbside, driveway, or loading bay). Moving the table components indoors and final assembly are the customer's responsibility. The delivery date is scheduled in advance via phone.
• Express White-Glove Delivery & Installation
• Cost: £245.00.
• Timescale: 1–2 working days (priority technician booking).
• Details: A full turnkey service. A two-man specialist team delivers the components directly into your room of choice, completes full assembly, clothes and stretches the bed, laser-levels the slate, carries out a roll test, and removes all packaging materials for recycling.
Important Information
• Geographical Restrictions: Standard rates cover Mainland UK only. Delivery to remote regions (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Northern Ireland) requires a bespoke quote and extended transit times via customer support.
• Access Requirements: If selecting the Express White-Glove option, the customer is responsible for ensuring clear access (verifying doorways, tight stairwells, turns, and corridors) along the pathway into the chosen room before the installation crew arrives.
